Does anyone know if Seabourn are planning on “included” shore excursions? I was checking Source for excursions on a cruise which visits Cherbourg in France and two of the excursions were marked as $0 - included. All of the other excursions for the cruise had a regular price. Those two now also have a price but wondered if this was Seabourn accidentally giving a preview of something they may experiment with?
