I was hoping to see some replies to this topic...my kids are going with our grand kids, ages 7, 7, & 3 and are asking for what to do here. Did you find anything?

I did this and it showed the excursion booked, but it still showed I owed a balance for the shore excursion when my TA looked at it on her screen. She had to go in and use the OBC to pay for it. I could not.
