  1. I think I have the right to know the exact reason. It would have been the right thing to do is to let me know then. Now they said they are going to refund my money I just paid what do I do if they don’t refund it?
  2. I forgot to add that I’m diamond with Royal Caribbean, elite with Celebrity and with Princess. We cruise a lot
  3. Hi all I truly need help and I know that writing you all will give me some ideas. I’m elite with Carnival but I didn’t cruise with them since the pandemic. I travel with an older mom and was worried about the virus so we cruised other companies for the past couple of years. las week my carnival agent called me and talked me into trying carnival again so we booked for next month. The very next day I got an email saying my cruise has been canceled. It didn’t give me a reason or anything. I was so mad. I’m not criminal, I didn’t steal. I keep on getting emails from carnival so what happened???? I made many calls spend a lot of time on the phone with no help. Talked to Resoluton to my agent wrote customer care. I called the lady who they said did the cancellation she never answer. From the little that I learned is during the pandemic I owe $250.00 I thought hard I did cancel a cruise back than and when carnival did return my deposit I called my credit card company and got my money back. At that time everyone one was cancelling and cruise companies were refunding the full amount so I don’t know what happened. Again I still don’t know the reason coming from them but I need to clear my name. To be on a no seal list is no fun. No, I don’t want to cruise with carnival again but I need answers. I never received any letter or email addressing a problem so this came as a shock. I also want to complain but to whom? I wrote customer care and no answer. Accounting doesn’t answer and the agent said he basically didn’t want to call no one for me. PLEASE HELP ME

  7. So it is not like before that we would go to a specific place. Now we can get a drink any bar???? I enjoyed going to happy hours mix and mingle with other Elite members
  8. Hi all have not cruise Celebrity since the pandemic so it’s been a long time. I just book on board of Royal Caribbean for Celebrity Solstice cabin #7237 I know it’s a balcony cabin but when I check my reservation in Celebrity.com it say ocean view and it show a picture of ocean view cabin. So is cabin #7237 at the Solstice is a balcony right??? also what are the Benifits of Elite?? Are the drink in happy hours still free??? Any limit to drink because we will need water. Any other perks we get?? Any water in the cabin. I can’t remember our Benifits and when I read it, it doesn’t specify the happy hours drinks also we’re does the happy hours at the Solstice take place thanks

  11. Went today to CVS they do the test every day of the week. Answer within the hour. They take any insurance and if no insurance the government pay. So it’s easy. Thanks for all the replies and just wanted to share for others to know
  12. Not sure we’re can I get tested on Saturday or Sunday and have results on time???? We are seniors and not sure how to do all these self test done. I think if it wasn’t for these test we would have cruise more. I will have to search who can do the test, we can always go to the urgent care but our insurance try to discourage that.

  15. Hi all our cruise is on a Monday I was thinking to go to our doctors office on Friday for a Covid test. Can we do the test on Friday?on the web site it say 2 days. I’m not sure were to get it done on a Saturday. Not sure if results be back by Monday morning. Also if we go to CVS do we need to pay?? Please help. I miss the old day when everything was simple. thanks

  17. Hi all this our second cruise post Covid, first one with Royal Caribbean so I have few questions. Just booked 4 night out of California. 1) does this ship has a diamond lounge? 2) does this ship has continental breakfast for diamond? How about happy hours? Any snack’s at happy hours. Do they still do the free 3 drinks per person per evening? 3) what about water any free water for diamond members if not can I buy water pre cruise. We couldn’t do it in the past but we got water at happy hours and could get water with the 3 daily complimentary drinks per person per day thank you so much in advanced. It seems that it’s been YEARS since we cruised so happy to get back
  18. Hi i just booked a cruise for 10 more days and I’m trying to request the on board credit of $100.00 for stock ownership. I emailed the information and trying to call but I keep on getting disconnected not sure what to do or if I’m calling the right place. Can someone help please???? also Ocean Ready I’m mot able to register. by the way I had money with princess and when I tried to do curtsy hold they took the money and did a booking without asking me. thank you
