We're travelling in 2024 and booked in Cielo a while back. I haven't tried booking the Soleil times in case we lose our Cielo times but I checked multiple nights and Soleil was only showing those two options

Thanks. I had read online the drop off can get very busy so it might be quicker to be dropped off across the street and walk

Any tips for drop off - we could almost walk it but will have 2 kids and luggage so will likely get an Uber, should we be dropped off across the road or are the queues not too bad?

I'm having the greyed out redeem button problem as well but got an email overnight (in my junk folder) that it's a known issue and they're working to resolve it You can't claim for any cruises beyond 31 July 2024 at the moment though even if it is working

Princess Southampton to LHR transfer times.

We used West Quay Cars last time and will likely use them again this year. They're £130 to drop off at Heathrow from Southampton, that's for a sedan at least. Local taxi service and responsive to emails
