Good morning, I hope everyone had a peaceful day today. We had some storms this afternoon that dropped the temperature but not the humidity. More storms are expected tomorrow afternoon and again on Sunday. We had a phone call about Shirl and unfortunately, she’s not happy again and is back to saying she doesn’t want to be there. Her son may bring her back up to Pa . We expect to hear from him tomorrow. Special thoughts for @marshhawk, Annie and Chuck .

The real feel temperature just hit 100. @cat shepard, I love the road sign picture of Delaware route 1 . I’ve been on that road many times over the years. Southbound heads to the beaches.

Good sunny afternoon. We are back from the vet. All is good with Mr Trouble, he weighs 19 pounds. He cried in the car like he thought he was not coming back. What we do for our fur babies.🐾❤️

Good cool and sunny morning. It’s supposed to get up to about 90 today. Birthday wishes today for our former pastor Ron who is turning 82 today. Tomorrow is Shirl’s birthday, she is 86 and seems to be doing better and accepting reality that she’s going to be there for good. Blessings and prayers to all on our journey.

Yesterday on the news, it was announced that the Moravian settlement area of Bethlehem Pa has been designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site after many years of trying for it. This is a big deal for tourism in the area. Blessings and prayers to all on our journey.

Good evening, I watched the opening ceremony from the beginning to the end. I thought it was fantastic, to see all the landmarks of Paris on the torch journey, especially Notre Dame and hear the bells ring was emotional. Celine Dion was fantastic. I hope everyone has a good evening.

Ho Ho Ho , 5 months tonight is Christmas Eve. U wish I could be at the Jersey shore to celebrate. Many places have Santa visiting and have special deals, Springer’s ice cream is StoneHarbor had a menu of holiday flavors for the day and are serving a holiday dinner for their employees.

Good warm and sunny humid morning. Today is National Ice Cream Day. It’s always celebrated on the third Sunday in July. Years ago Turkey Hill Dairy used to have an all you can eat festival in downtown Lancaster, with the admission price going to charity. 🍧🍦 Blessings and prayers for all on our journey.

💔Heartbreaking News, I just heard on Philadelphia tv station that an 8 week old baby was left in a closed car in Lakewood NJ for 4 hrs on Monday. She died on scene. The father has been taken into custody . Sweet angel RIP 💔🙏

Good hot and waiting for rain to start afternoon. DB just came home from running errands with the bad news that he had a minor accident. He’s okay, but he backed into some lady ina parking lot. Both cars have some damage, Thankfully no injuries 🙏
