Do yourself a favor and don't line up. I've seen people down there at 5:30 AM for a 7:15 departure. We now wait till about 15 minutes after they start the process and head down (in usually an empty elevator) and walk right out and off and are through customs in 10 minutes. Why wait stand in line for 2 hours - ridiculous.

I have pictures on our phones on our passports, driver's licenses, insurance cards, etc. on our phones. We had to use the pictures as identification a couple of times in the past with no problem. Passengers seem to always have their phones with them these days.

I thought wonder of the seas for July 2025 would be open already. Anyone got info on that?
I was wondering the same thing about when they will post summer 2025 Wonder sailings.

Great points everyone. I guess I'll just go with the flow and grin a bear it.

With RCCL looking to have a great year financially one would think that don't need to charge $3.50 for a very small half full box of popcorn. Really??

I see a lot of people complaining about an increase in gratuities so I went back and looked. In May of 2019 on Symphony, I paid $29/day for both of us. In January 2024 on Symphony, I will be paying $36.50/day for both of us. I can live with that -- compared to the price of gas, eggs, airfares, etc. And we are glad to see the great hardworking staff who make our lives and vacations wonderful get more money. (FYI - we also give a lot of cash out to the waiters, bartenders, room stewards too.)

We don't know whether this particular incident was intentional and ongoing or whether it was a mistake that happened once -- the real question is whether it's a pattern.
What bothers me more is the cutbacks in housekeeping coupled with the increase in gratuities. And cutback on food in the MDR -- refusing to bring two appetizers at once, for example.
Just on the Quantum with 9 of us and NO ONE was refused 2,3,4 appetizers at the same time. Also on the Wonder in January and also no refusals on extra appetizers.

Passports are not required for closed loop cruises from a US port to Bermuda. You posted the requirement for air travel. For a closed loop cruise you can use a photo ID and a birth certificate.
Thanks for the clarification.

All persons traveling between the United States and Bermuda are required to present a passport to enter Bermuda or re-enter the United States.
-
Update: Still no passports. Cruise is a month away, so we have contacted our congressman for help. They are working on expediting. Fingers crossed!

Just got an email. We dock at 1pm. Apparently too late.
Recently, the operator for your St. John Trunk Bay Beach Break tour in Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas has advised us that they cannot operate the tour due to an earlier closure of the facilities in Trunk Bay.
As a result, we have to cancel your Cruise Planner reservation for this excursion.

Our Trunk Bay excursion has been canceled by email just now for May 3rd on WOS. Anybody else have this issue or know why?

I'm thinking the same thing living here on the West Coast of Florida.

On my next two cruises on Odyssey and Wonder I see they don't allow just signing up for Internet. The only package shown is VOOM SURF + STREAM Internet Package. So, do I have to sign-up for streaming to get Internet?

I'm hoping by our cruise on Allure in a couple weeks many of the crew will not be wearing masks. It is hard for me because I have hearing issues (deaf in one ear and I do wear hearing aids) -- therefore difficult to understand many of the accents. I feel bad that the great crewmembers that have to repeat themselves when we talk. I don't think people appreciate how much we all lip read when we're talking to people.

Any news if and when the crew will NOT have to wear masks?
