  1. Going back to the person with medical problems, asking for certain seats. Surely, like myself, they would have filled in the medical forms after booking fly cruise. This way, the disability team would know the information before they reach the airport. I have had to do this for my flight in March. I flew with another airline a few months ago, and rang in advance to let them know of my disability . Even paid for a an upgrade. Don't expect something for nothing.

  2. This happened to me at the Birmingham cruise show last month. I enquire do about a cruise. Then received email thanking me for booking. I hadn't paid a deposit either. Then they sent out medical forms to fill in. I used the reference in the email and opened up a booking on the cruise personaliser. It took them 11 days to email again, asking for the deposit . I emailed back to say that I hadn't booked anything at the show. They just apologised , but sent me a cancellation booking email for something I hadn't even booked. Perhaps the sales consultants are trying to up their sales numbers.

  3. When you arrive at the terminal to check in, the cases are taken away and you next see them outside your cabin. Also, when you are ready to leave, leave them outside your cabin the night before getting off, then taken away, and you then collect when off the ship. You won't have to lug them anywhere. But when booking your cruises, enquire .
