So getting ready to pack for my first Celebrity cruise and printed out the dress code... “guests are asked to follow smart casual or evening chic dress code in the theater”. Hmm... no shorts allowed? Is this enforced or a suggestion? I’m not talking about short shorts with holes, I would want to wear knee length shorts.

I had a very similar experience at CVS in North Florida. Took the test, thru Minute Clinic, at 12:30. Nurse who supervised the test (you do the swab yourself under the guidance of the nurse) said results would be available within 2 hours. I drove home (15 minutes), started lunch, just after 1:00, cell phone rang with an unidentified caller. The nurse had said to answer any call on my phone as it could come from any number of area codes, It was the nurse calling to report negative test results.
Assuming you also got the info via text/email/mychart?

Was CVS telling you 2 to 3 days for PCR or rapid antigen test results?

What’s the muster drill process on Meraviglia right now? Is it just watch a video in my cabin at my leisure and then check in with my muster station? Trying to figure out if the muster drill is during a certain time frame as I have a zoom meeting I should attend at a certain time on embarkation day.

We've also gone to guest services to trade in our debarkation time when we needed an earlier or later time.
Good idea!

If you tell them what time your flight is or the like they'll usually accommodate it in your disembarkation time, I've found.Don't have a flight. Renting a car between cruises.

Of course you will receive an early time... LOL

No Doubt! That’s how my luck is.

Generally assigned, unless a walk off or suite guest.

Thanks! That helps me to figure out what time to reserve my car rental. Will pick a later time.

Question for those who have cruised with Celebrity before. Luggage tags at the end of the cruise... do we pick the tag with the time frame we want to disembark or do we get assigned a time? Each cruise line does this differently.

I got my shareholder OBC for NCL cruises thru November 2022 (that is not a typo!).

I wonder if the celebration buffet is a one time thing or will be a thing for the next few cruises.

This (and Margaritaville before it) have always been a struggle for me. I feel like you are paying for food you can already get at the Local/O'Sheehans
I have been thinking the same thing. I did like a couple of things at Margaritaville when it was a la carte, except the one time a waiter refused to serve me nachos because it was for more than one person.

The NCL time is for arrival at the terminal. If you have a timed appointment with Eurofin, that’s for your test.
Should I have a timed appointment with Eurofin??? We board August 14.

Can you clarify if the time we signed up for is to show up for covid testing or to have covid testing prior to this time to be in terminal?

I’m drooling over all the fancy desserts on the buffet and in Eden. Things that would be $$ on other cruise lines or not exist at all. 🤣

Do you mean you have to pay double on the upgrade? That’s standard policy.

Just got this for our Alaska cruise on Millennium also. Ugh! I guess I prefer a very cautious approach but those of us flying in a couple days before, potentially in hotels without cars, may really find this a challenge! I thought I would not have to worry about this being fully vaccinated, but now we join the ranks of the non-vaccinated scrambling for quick turn-around tests.
This is my exact problem. My flight lands 70 hours before my time to embark, so now I have to find a place in Fort Lauderdale to do a rapid antigen test. I couldn’t get a straight answer if I could have this done at the testing site at FLL. A news article from months ago says the test are for those with flights in the area. I will not be renting a car and why should I have to do an Uber for drive thru testing when I can simply walk to CVS from my hotel. What a pain!

Well this has been a fiasco. My 3 bonus FCC are out there in la la land now. An agent applied them to the wrong cruise and I told her something was wrong when she gave me the total owed and the new total. I told her to stop what she was doing and to please not apply the payments. Now the credits are “lost or maybe being regenerated”. No one knows. I’ve been told this might be fixed by the end of the week. *pulling out my hair*

I booked back in march
I selected a cabin and when i got the web check in email i went online and it says cabin not assigned
I called they said no problem the cabin is assigned. I got the stateroom for a reason the balcony is bigger.
I have a PDF that says what room I haveI checked and I just got another document saying stateroom: - booked
Now online it says Stateroom:G00000
Now its too late to call I have to wait until the AM.
Why would they just wipe all rooms?
I spent lots of time choosing the room. I got the room specifically because it was bigger and I have kids and we can all fit out there.Looks like if you booked Bella, you aren’t guaranteed what you have booked. It’s not about reading the terms and conditions. It’s that MSC doesn’t work the same as other cruise lines. Sorry this is only my third cruise with MSC. My first one was free (MyVegas) and was given a large balcony cabin. My second cruise was a 3 day trip because it was actually cheaper to do that rather than stay in a hotel! I think I booked inside and MSC gave me a balcony cabin. I was just surprised to actually book a balcony cabin and have it taken away. They might want to rethink their terms and conditions IMO

I called MSC customer service. Honestly, she really had no explanation as to why I lost my cabin nor could she get it back. I picked a specific cabin for a reason. Yes I could wait and see what MSC gave me and possibly be unhappy. My other options were to complain via email or when I got on board (according to customer service agent). Normally I wouldn’t care what side of ship or where I was located but I wanted control of where I was for this cruise. I wound up having to upgrade to fantastica to get and keep a certain cabin.

Hi all,
About 3 weeks ago, I booked Meraviglia for September 13 as part of the pay for inside, but get a balcony cabin rate. I picked my own balcony cabin under Bella level. Today, I got an email saying I have a cabin change, but when I look online or at the document I was sent, I do not have a cabin assigned any more. Anyone have this happen to them now or before?
-
Sorry, not talking about discount coupons but the bonus FCC.
-
Can I combine multiple bonus FCC and apply it to the cruise fare of one cruise?
-
Yes, I have! I was supposed to be there for 2 nights March 2020 when my world ended... my cruising world! I was there for March 13 to 14. I was really surprised at what a nice hotel & room it was. I didn’t get to enjoy it like I had planned to since I was either on the phone or going back and forth to the airport to sort out my flight back home a day early. It’s a good location to the airport, downside is there are no restaurants around there except what’s in hotels.

Cvs testing success
in Celebrity Cruises

How long after your actual test did you get your results from texts and mychart?
