  1. Many of those agencies don't seem to have a Tripadvisor page since they are not a "local business". But you can check out their Gplus, Facebook or other third party reviews, that should give you an idea. We're using one of them now for the 3rd time and were very happy, lowest price, fantastic customer service and wonderful tour experiences.

  2. Does anyone have any experience booking a snorkel excursions through a broker as opposed to the cruise line? We will be arriving in March on RCCL.

Last year we spent the day doing an island tour and eating, drinking, and snorkeling at the Money Bar, which was wonderful.

This year we would like to do it differently. We would like to book a snorkel excursion that takes us out to like the Columbia Reef and Palancar Reef. One that includes drinks and snacks (the fresh fruit and guac-things like that). It is hard to tell which brokers are legit. I also see that there are a couple of them that will pick you up at the pier.

Would love to hear some opinions from those of you who have done this.

    Thanks!

I think you are referring to the exact same tour we are looking at, the Fe Catamaran Sail and Snorkel. We initially saw that one on Shore Trips (was more expensive as all of their tours...) but it is no longer listed. The operator (see the FE Tripadvisor reviews) said that there were payment issues and they no longer work with that company. We booked with them now and cannot wait to get on the boat. Reviews of this Cozumel Catamaran tour look awesome. We're ready for a good time and I think those 3 hours are perfect, not too long, not too short!
