The standard bed configuration for an inside cabin for 4 on a Jewel class ship is two twin beds, a drop-down pullman birth on one side wall and a trundle bed that deploys from under one of the twin beds.

 

Since the trundle bed in place makes it wall to wall bed, most seem to prefer the pullman birth. If you wanted to keep the two twins together as a "queen", you might want to have the stewards set them against one side wall instead of in the middle so that the pullman bunk access is better.
