coevan Posted December 8, 2017 #2 Share Posted December 8, 2017 not sure what you mean, clarity? after a rain or storm, the water typically settles in a few days.
Rare BillOh Posted December 8, 2017 #3 Share Posted December 8, 2017 not sure what you mean, clarity? after a rain or storm, the water typically settles in a few days. And it also depend on which hurricane and which island. The southern Caribbean was pretty unaffected last fall, but I went diving in the Bahamas a couple of weeks after Irma and right before Maria and visibility was down quite a bit from previous times. furrrball Posted December 9, 2017 Author #4 Share Posted December 9, 2017 I thought that the rough water would stir up the sand and cover the coral. I'm new to snorkelling.
