Your tickets will be purchased at about 40-44 days before your flight if you booked as "flexible." At that time, you'll be able to see a specific ticket number at the airline's web site. Prior to that, you should be able to see a "reservation" noted on their web site. It is up to the airline's policy when you can make seat reservations. The airline should notify you of any changes; our flight time was changed by 2 minutes and I got an e-mail alert! However, it is a good idea to check your reservation periodically; EZ Air is notorious for delaying any notifications or never sending them.

We always go to the airline's web site a day or so after booking EZ Air to be sure that our reservation is showing up, add our frequent flyer numbers, note the need for HA assist, and reserve seats if possible. What we are able to do with seats at that time depends on the airline.

If you booked as "restricted" your seats should be purchased as soon as the payment is processed and you should be able to see an actual ticket number.

EZair has worked our well for us. We always go to the airline's website a few days after booking through Princess and review the flight information, put in our personal information, select notification by text messaging and select seats (so far on the airlines we are booked we can select the seats ahead of time). The airlines usually notify us of any reservation changes by email (after we select that on their website). We get notified 24 hours before the flight to check in online. It all is very easy so go to their website, enter your information and wait for the day of travel.
