Has anyone status matched with P & O Cruises or indeed any other line?

We have sailed 150 days with P & O but they have only matched us 200 points which when you look that up it is equivalent to a 5 day cruise on the Bella experience. I thought we would have been matched higher.

It's not matched on days you've sailed but on perks at your level in the scheme you're in.

IMHO P&O have a cr*p loyally scheme with not many benefits worth having

I also think you have quoted the wrong number of points.

I expect you matched to SILVER which is 2200 points

the possible matches are

classic - 1 point

silver - 2200 points

gold - 4300 points

black - 10000 points

No it clearly says on our info 200 points. That’s why I think it must be wrong. It says Classic on ours.

What level are you on P and O ? that might explain it, but it sounds wrong.
