forecastle Posted December 27, 2017 #1 Share Posted December 27, 2017 The bean counters at it again, been a player with Carnival for years, after each cruise get a comp for q cruise. Just off Paradise rec'd a promo with code 01V had used one like before Well anyway called to book another cruise (most cruises have cost between $130 to $140) So now they tell me it will cost around $600 for a inside single. Guess they don't want my cash any more.
EZ1 Posted December 28, 2017 #2 Share Posted December 28, 2017 We also just got off 9 nite Splendor, and always get the Bounceback offers the last nite. Casino host said it will be at cabin mailbox about 2 or 3am departure am-but nothing there! Do see that offer O1V in our offers online-not good. gmblr Posted December 29, 2017 #3 Share Posted December 29, 2017 I came back from carnival on 12/28. During that cruise I was comp'd a ladies pamper package, a couples massage, strawberries, and free casino drinks. They slid a letter under my door, next cruise with a 5 day sea view for $100 and $100 credit. My daughter, who doesn't gamble as much, got an 5 day interior room for $200 and $100 credit... gmblr Posted February 3, 2018 #5 Share Posted February 3, 2018 How many points did you and your daughter have? The ocean players club says that on my last two cruises the drop was $24050 and play time 20.63 hrs. Both of those numbers are low. I gambled the same on both trips and received the same two offers. Tutontow Posted February 6, 2018 #6 Share Posted February 6, 2018 There is no rhyme or reason to Carnivals comp system. I left them and never looked back. For me NCL is way ahead in so many ways.
