Free play

You need to take the offer you received on the last night of the previous cruise, I even make a copy.......show your ship card with the offer at the casino window, and the monies will be added to your ships card as a "free play" option. IF you don't take the paper offer with you, you will NOT get the credit. They have no record of anyone's offer. You cannot cash out the free play, but any monies you accumulate you can cash out....there are two different sections when you insert your card into the machine. The PSD has no say in that offer, it is strictly a casino offer and needs to be presented to the casino cage.

All i have is the mailer i got in the mail. Iam not on a cruise now we are booked on march 20th at 30 percent off.

So, are you saying you got the "VIP" mailer and booked through that? You still need to keep that mailer with your cruise paperwork, and take it with you. Never assume that anyone on the ship "knows" your offers or perks. Trust me...they don't....I was even told by the PSD that they have no records on board of any purchases you may have made pre cruise on your personalizer, so make sure you always make a printout of that too, you need to "prove" that you made the purchase(s) for any adjustments on board, or you will be fighting for the refund once you get home

I literally have my casino cash offers stapled to my cruise reservation in a folder that goes with me that also will have my boarding pass's in it. We don't sail until June

My $300 casino credit shows on my booking summary. I've printed that out and will take it for proof.

Yes, you; are right, on our upcoming cruise documents, it does show our booking as a "casino program" but on a separate email from Princess it does have free play listed, as well as our pre paid grats.

But, I have never seen the casino promotion printed on our bookings, even though the discount had been applied.

I just checked my personalizer, and I could not find anywhere where the casino promotion or the free play is listed. Just on the paperwork

We've had the opposite experience. Went on a B2B cruise and the casino host told us that we had free play from the first half that we hadn't used. He reinstated it for the second cruise. The casino cage has a list of everyone with these offers and should be able to provide it even if you don't have any paperwork. In our case it showed up as bonus cash on the slots just like in a land casino. Had to look for it by entering PIN but that is where it was. Host told us how to access it. For table players would probably have to go to the cage - the dealers didn't have easy access to the list but the pit boss might.
