Stock Holders Benefits: Exceptions

My Husband I both used ours on our 25 milestone cruises, (which is 25% off) one was for 15 day Hawaii and one was 12 day Med. The only one we have been denied on was a $100 rate with a $100 OBC on the Sunshine, several years back.

We’ve stacked shareholders, book onboard, and milestone.

They had a 25% fare credit from a horrible cruise. That type of fare reduction isn’t compatible with Stockholders.

While I always just email mine to my PVP who gets it applied for me for my Carnival cruises, I had to fax it this week for a HAL cruise. I used myfax.com and it worked perfectly. It's a free online service.

That would save me a trip to the office. I'll check it out. Thanks.
