Carnival Legend deck plan help

Hi

Thinking of booking a balcony cabin towards the aft on deck 4 or 5 of Legend. The deck plans show a large grey area on both decks which is not labelled. Can anyone help identify it and is this area OK to book. We usually book decks with cabins above and below but not possible this time.

Also in the alternative there are obstructed view balconies has anyone got a recommendation for an obstructed view cabin that is not too obstructed?

Thanks in advance

It is crew area like cart closets and such. It will not be noisy at all. We have sailed on this class of ship probably a dozen times and have stayed on decks 4 & 5. There will be no noise. If you book a little bit more midship, you may hear music from the atrium but it shouldn't be bad.

The deck plans are pretty accurate. Assuming that the Spirit class is the same (looking at the Miracle) Most OB balconies are obstructed looking down. The first three lifeboats are tenders, higher forward, choose one towards the aft of these (ex5149). Watch out for the walls at the ends of the lifeboats (ex5143), they will obstruct the side view. Any of the cabins by the tender stantion will have a bit more of a view. (ex5151)
