newfielover Posted March 20, 2018 #1 Share Posted March 20, 2018 We are sailing on the Regal next year. What are the pros and cons of the front of the ship balconies, back of the ship and wrap around (cabin is in the front on the corner, so you see the front and wrap around the side)? Thanks :)
Rare Keith1010 Posted March 20, 2018 #2 Share Posted March 20, 2018 One thing I know is that if you are bothered by rough seas I would avoid being very far forward on the ship. Keith
citygirl62 Posted April 1, 2018 #3 Share Posted April 1, 2018 Here's a previous article from CC giving pros and cons regarding cabin location. Hope it helps. https://www.cruisecritic.com/articles.cfm?ID=1924
cb at sea Posted April 2, 2018 #4 Share Posted April 2, 2018 We prefer being near the stair/elevator foyers...makes life so much easier! The front of the ship takes the brunt of the motion....midship is a smoother ride, unless it's REALLY rough...aft is almost as rough as the front, in rough weather.
