Heroes Of The Med - Palma

Recommended Posts

Hi

Now for my second post / question.

I booked this cruise as I like going away in October but spotted this one beginning of November that was a really good price. Also flights are on the Dreamliner and instead of usually flying out to Palma, Palma is part of the itinery along with my faves of Rome and Barcelona.

I want to go the cathedral at Palma and the old town. Is it best to just get a taxi? How long will it take to get there and how many Euros?

Any advice / recommendations greatly appreciated.

Cheers

If you are reasonably fit it is a pleasant walk. We did about halfway last June but it was just too hot so we gave in and found a taxi! The heat won't be a problem in November. If you do need a taxi they are available at the port or there is a local bus which I think calls in at the port as does the Hoho bus. Palma is a lovely port to just wander round.
