Freedom of the Seas, Deck 4 chairs?

Does anyone who was recently on FOS recall whether the seats on deck 4 outside (below the lifeboats) were upright chairs or loungers (or a mix)?

I'm going to say they were a mixture of both. I usually run on deck 4 and I can recall people sleeping in the loungers, but there seemed to be more upright chairs. Hoping some one corrects me so I don't give you the wrong info, but that's my best recollection .

Few loungers...more chairs. No real sun, so no need to lounge! Plenty of seating, just not flat out lying about!
