Boze999, glad to read your post. Air Canada has changed our 12:30 to 11:30 and I'm worried about that. We've never kept our luggage and departed quickly, but we'll have to do so this time. Hopefully no problems or hold ups. I even emailed HA and asked what is the normal time the first people can disembark, and my reply was simply "we request you don't book a flight before 11."

Although I argue a case against Luggage Direct, if being fair and balanced we should have also mentioned that many cruisers love this service. When it works as advertised its probably worth the cost for many folks. Perhaps a half century of extensive travel has made me too darn cautious.
