Bonnie J. Posted July 9, 2011 #1 Share Posted July 9, 2011 Many years ago our cruiseship, the OceanBreeze, which is no more, stopped for the day at San Blas. We loved everything about San Blas and the needlework of the Kuna women. Cruise was in & out of Panama Canal. I've gotten their shirts on cruise to Panama but can't find a ship stopping at San Blas. We'd like to go back in January for our 50th aniversery. Can anyone tell me what line does stop there? Thanks!
TicTac#2 Posted July 9, 2011 #2 Share Posted July 9, 2011 You are in luck, this is still a popular port of call. Holland Americas Veendam and Rotterdam make this a port of call together with Silverseas and Windstar. So you have a good number of lines and prices. Enjoy your next cruise! Rare Essiesmom Posted July 9, 2011 #4 Share Posted July 9, 2011 Sorry, you are going to have to pony up the money for Veendam, or spend a lot more for Silversea or Windstar. Krazy Kruizers Posted July 9, 2011 #5 Share Posted July 9, 2011 The Rotterdam has a 30 day cruise and the Veendam has a 34 day cruise -- both of which stop at the San Blas islands.
Bonnie J. Posted July 9, 2011 Author #6 Share Posted July 9, 2011 As I said cruises that long are NOT in our budget! The Oceanbreeze was Dolphin then Premier.I know Carnival doesn't go there. We'd even consider Costa again if she stops there. None of the main line cruises go there?
