Crown Princess - Fitness Centre Question

Does anyone know if the Crown Princess Gym has Watt bikes? Or will then let you use the spinning bikes for personal training? Thanks.

The bikes were locked up when there were no classes being held. I am sure if you ask the trainer he/she will let.

Hi anyone with direct experience know if the Crown Princess gym has large exercise balls you can use on your own. DH needs it for about 1min each day 2 times a day to do back stretches for his back and we don't want to haul ours and inflate and deflate it twice a day.

Never seen exercise balls on any Princess ship. If they have them, they're locked up in a closet and used for classes.:confused:

If you can ask a Physical Therapist for an alternative exercise that might do the job until you get home. PTs are pretty sharp & inventive.

Thanks, yeah we were going to ask if there was alternate things to do but thought I would put some feelers out about the ball being available so he could do what he normally does...

For anyone interested the crown did in facr have 1 big balance ball that dh was able to use. There were 2 but 1 was a smaller one so he used the big one....never had any wait for it...was up near the spin bikes and yoga gear

They did have a very good free stretch class at 930 or 915 during our one day at sea. You had to sign up since only 30 were allowed.
