We are sailing the Bliss here on the 15 day Panama Canal in March and like what we read and see. We also sailed the MSC Seaside in April and it was absolutely phenomenal from top to bottom. One of our best cruises ever. I would NOT have cancelled based on someone else's review. You messed up sorry to say.

Glad you enjoyed your cruise on the Seaside! Jim's review pushed us over the top and helped outline our feelings for us. We had already read many, many reviews on MSC and the Seaside and were already reconsidering our MSC trip. It definitely would not have been for us. From the food, to the cabins, to the kids' club to the customer service, to the entertainment, to the public spaces-- we would have regretted going. Just a bad match for us. My husband especially was not keen from day one because he's not exactly a Europhile. lol. We ended up taking our first non-cruise trip in a while and it was amazing.:cool:
