NCgo19girl Posted October 24, 2017 #1 Share Posted October 24, 2017 Will it be warm enough to use the pools on the Solstice on the October 30th sailing Sydney to New Zealand. Is there an indoor heated pool?
westcoastvecs Posted October 24, 2017 #2 Share Posted October 24, 2017 It looks like it’s going to be in the high 60s for the most part for our sailing-low 80s in Sydney. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Rare chemmo Posted October 24, 2017 #3 Share Posted October 24, 2017 Will it be warm enough to use the pools on the Solstice on the October 30th sailing Sydney to New Zealand. Is there an indoor heated pool? There is a lovely warm indoor pool called the Solarium. It is adults only. Re the outdoor pools and temperature, we have seen guests using them in much cooler climates than you will be in but it depends how 'hardy' you are. Personally I would want to be nearer the 80's than the 60's to enjoy! Hope the weather is great for you, we loved our Solstice cruises.
Fluffypants Posted October 24, 2017 #4 Share Posted October 24, 2017 NZ weather in October can be quite unsettled and range in temp from 22C down to 7C in one day. The Solarium is a good alternative on those chilly days. The temperature will be a lot warmer in the north of NZ than in the south and cooler than Australia.
