Independence 6 night - which night to do Izumi

Hi guys,

New to sailing on RCCL. Our cruise is a 6 night. Family wants to try Izumi, but we don’t want to miss anything special at the MDR. (If there is lobster one night etc).

Any suggestions on which night to reserve?

Also, are there kids menus anywhere we can peek at?

It would be very unlikely for formal night to be on night 3.
