Corfu - fly into -

We are flying into Corfu should late morning, just wondering if there is anything we should/can do in the short time we are there. Or is it just terminal walking?

Take the bus from the port into town - or you can walk it in about half an hour - out of the port, turn left, follow the coastal road and it will bring you out on the cliff top by the fort. Lovely Old Town here - I wouldn't don't bother with the newer bit - stick to little touristy streets which go back from the grassy open space on the cliff top. Really like Corfu Old Town and it's perfect to wander for a couple of hours.

I'd think you'd have plenty of time to manage that if you're sorted on board by midday. Don't know your sailing time but just check when the muster drill is scheduled as that will probably determine the latest time you will need to be back on board.

After collecting your luggage you will be bussed to the port for check-in. There is nothing to do at the small airport or nearby. After check in you can go back into Corfu town.

After 3 cruises from Corfu, we finally got to visit Corfu old town in June this year, as we had a late flight home. It was fabulous. Lots of little gift shops and bars. Also there is a fort, with a lovely restaurant looking over the bay.

As Kruzseeka says you can get the bus from the port gates, numbers 16 or 17 both go to the town and run quite frequently.
