Is this a vegetarian who does not eat fish? (some do) If so, s/he can just dine on the side dishes.

Chops is not near any other specialty restaurants on the Anthem, so I am not sure how willing your server would be to get some pasta from Jamie's for your vegetarian. You could ask once on board.

Not as a main course. I think that there is still risotto on the appetizer menu.

There is no doubt in my mind that a person could make a HUGE dinner from appetizers and side dishes at Chops. :)

My DIL was able to order from Jamie’s. I stopped in Chops during the day to tell them. There was no problem. Just let them check out Jamie’s menu before they go one is not available in Chops.
