Mikea Posted December 30, 2008 #1 Share Posted December 30, 2008 Does anyone know if there is a Discovery Cove in George Town, Grand Cayman? I noticed RCCL lists this as an excursion, but I can not find a website for it.
bookbabe Posted December 30, 2008 #2 Share Posted December 30, 2008 I don't know about Dolphin Cove, but there is a Dolphin Discovery in Cayman and the signs said it was open for business when I drove by it on Sunday. :D We looked through the fence, and there seemed to be people swimming in the pool, although I couldn't see any dolphins. Then again, we were on our way somewhere, so we didn't look closely or for too long. http://www.*****grand-cayman/cayman-location-overview.asp BTW, as far as I can tell...the picture gallery on their website might be a bit misleading. It looked like the swimming was taking place in a very fenced-off and screened pool area...a large pool, but definitely a rectangular concrete pool rather than a cove or beach area. Maybe they have another area somewhere else, but all we could see was the pool...
