Southampton to London via Stonehenge and Bath

Recommended Posts

Hi,

My family of four will be disembarking our NCL cruise on August 9th in Southampton and are interested in taking a tour that will take you from Southampton to London via some sightseeing such as Stonehenge/ Bath/ Salisbury. NCL offers this excursion but charges an arm and a leg. Anyone with some previous experience taking a tour like this who can recomend a tour company ?

Thanks for your help,

Martina

The problem here is that Bath is in completely the opposite direction from London. By the time you disembark and get there - about a two hour drive - you won't have a great deal of time to see much, before having to set off for London. Have you considered an overnight in Bath and then getting the train or coach to London.

We have a booking with Smith-for Airports picking us up in Southampton, going to Stonehenge for an hour and then on to Heathrow. We didn't have a lot of time before our return flight but wanted to see Stonehenge. Price was 150 pounds for the van and there are 8 of us splitting it so it works out well. I am sure they would work with you on your itin.
