Looking for Internet cafes at Sun ports

I'm looking for alternatives to the 75 cents/minute charged by the Sun. Any ideas where I might find Internet cafes close to the ports of Georgetown (Grand Cayman), Roatan, Belize City, or Cozumel? Thanks a lot, and happy new year to all cruisers out there!

Here are directions to my usual Internet cafe in Cozumel.

I can't find any big Georgetown maps online at the moment, but to get to the place I usually use there, I think that you have to walk up the road named "Shedden" on this sample map:-

The Internet cafe is on the right hand side of the road, on the far side of a crossroads junction perhaps 200 yards up the road. It is literally a cafe on the corner, with an entrance facing the junction, but has about half a dozen internet terminals.
