San Diego Parking

I've read various threads about parking at Mission Brewery or San Diego Airport Parking near the port of San Diego. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we will be pushing it time-wise, so we need to know how long it takes for the shuttle to get from those parking lots to the ship (Carnival), compared to parking at the terminal?

It took about half an hour from the time we parked at the lot (was a different one) to the terminal, this includes waiting for the shuttle to fill up. It was about $7 a day with a coupon found online. The parking lot across the street is $15/day.
