Difference between Glass Bottom Boat and Sea Explorer

What is the difference between the Glass Bottom Boat and Sea Explorer shore excursions in Nassau?

The GLASS BOTTOM BOAT excursion lasts for 1.5 hours and costs $36 for an adult. Do you get to sit down on the Glass Bottom boat - Anyone have pictures of it?

The SEAWORLD EXPLORER lasts for 2 hours and costs $49. This excursion I do have pictures of so I know what it looks like. I even have some photos from Webshots that show a rather murky and blue-tinted view.

So I am wondering what the difference is and what you thought of the excursion.
