I have a room at this hotel for December. Has anyone stayed there?

Are there restaurants around there?

Shula's Steakhouse is in the hotel. I haven't eaten there. All of the nice hotels in the area have restaurants. The 954 Steakhouse at the W Hotel is very popular and is only one block north. The best closest restaurant IMO is Casablanca Cafe, about 5 blocks south on A1A in an old house, across the street from the beach. It will probably be pretty windy and even cold on the beach in December, so I recommend indoor seating in the evening. Most restaurants offer both. If you keep heading south on A1A, you will find lots of bars and restaurants less than a mile away. H2O is very good. Most of the others are just ok, and if you like junk food, you'll love Beach Place. Enjoy your trip.
