PVP Hounds me then disappears into thin air???

So my PVP has been calling and calling. I told him I would be booking shortly, well today, I want to book and where is he? I called him and left a message. Emailed him letting him know I was going to be out of the office and wanted to get this dealt with before 11am. He is nowhere to be found??? I have no idea why now he has chosen to disappear. If I call in and ask for another PVP will they just give me one?

Maybe today is his day off. The PVPs work some crazy hours and even they have to have a little time off. If you have to book today, simply call back and talk to another PVP. They will be happy to take your booking.

My PVP's hours were 11am to 8pm. Maybe you can catch him in a little bit.

Sounds like you haven't really given him much time to respons...maybe his shift doesn't start first thing in the morning.....

His hours are listed on his email, 8am-6pm.
