MISSYLOU Posted September 4, 2009 #1 Share Posted September 4, 2009 When I go through the steps to price a cruise on RCI's website is it showing me the price that includes Diamond discount for a balcony cabin?
The Big Booper Posted September 4, 2009 #2 Share Posted September 4, 2009 When I go through the steps to price a cruise on RCI's website is it showing me the price that includes Diamond discount for a balcony cabin? No. The price on the website is per person, double occupancy. The D discount is per cabin and is subtracted from that number.
MISSYLOU Posted September 4, 2009 Author #3 Share Posted September 4, 2009 So if the cabin price is say $1500. on the website do I then receive an additional $200 discount for Diamond? Hate to seem really dumb but the pricing has me confused.
Retired LEO Posted September 4, 2009 #4 Share Posted September 4, 2009 You'll have to call RCI to have the discount applied.

PrincesScuba Posted September 4, 2009 #6 Share Posted September 4, 2009 Okay, senior moment. Now I get it. Duh. Thank you. I don't mean to belabor the point, but you DO know, that if you take the Diamond balcony discount, you may not have any other Royal Caribbean "benefit" or "discount", right? patseacruiser Posted September 4, 2009 #7 Share Posted September 4, 2009 The discount does not show up on the website pricing so whatever the discount is will be applied after you or your travel agent calling Royal Caribbean. And yes, only 1 discount allowed so it's either stockholder, future cruise credit or diamond balcony discount.

MISSYLOU Posted September 4, 2009 Author #10 Share Posted September 4, 2009 So if RCI has coupons for certain sailings, you can't use it in conjunction with the Diamond discount. Correct?
