I have read where you can book a room in comfort suites and you get full access to atlantis.I tried to do this and it is actually the same price because they charge a fee for housekeeping, xtra person and surcharge. So I am a little confused when everyone says they do this and its cheaper. Is there something that I am missing?

I have done it. It makes sense if there are four in a family for the room. If there is just one or two of you and you are in high season, it's possible that the economics do not work out. I think we paid around $180 for the room or $45/person which was much cheaper than what the cruiseline was charging.

Check for rates with AAA. Also, there used to be discounting by a website called smartertravel.com. Not sure if that still goes on.
