Which excursion in St. Lucia?

Would appreciate anyone's comments on the Land and Sea to Soufriere excursion or the Catamaran to Fond Doux Estates excursion. They both are the same price, Land & Sea is a half hour longer, but they seem to go to the same places. Is there much of a difference between them? Thanks for any help you can give.

We have done the Land & Sea to Soufriere and enjoyed it. Don't know anything about the other one.
