Nunu Posted September 12, 2009 #3 Share Posted September 12, 2009 I can only tell you that on the Destiny the main pools are listed as open from 8-8 and the adult aft from 8-10. I would think they'd all be similar?
salty dingo Posted September 12, 2009 #4 Share Posted September 12, 2009 They usually have large nets covering the pool when not in use. It's rare but in heavy seas they can close the pool because the waves in there could be dangerous. The water slide is not open as long as the pool is - It's more like a 4 hour window. Captain'sgirl Posted September 13, 2009 #5 Share Posted September 13, 2009 I know someone can answer this for me... Thanks so much, Carrie We just came back from cruise on Pride a couple of weeks ago. Midship pool was open from 8 AM to 8 PM. Aft pool (for adults) was open from 8 AM to 11 PM. Same hours for whirlpools. :p

Mskala Posted September 13, 2009 #9 Share Posted September 13, 2009 Wondering if they inforced ADULTS only in pool in Adult pool during the "extended hours" or was it over run with kids?? Just off the Pride today and there weren't any children in the adult pool. However... there is a very large chess set back there and the children occasionally went back there to play with it. The children I saw were very serious players by the way so there was no horseplay.
