Amsterdam suite location/pricing

I have looked at the Verandah deck map and see that the Verandah Suites go from A-BC the further back you go -- I also note that the price for the A suite is more than the BC suite -- I am confused. Is there a difference in these suites - or is A just a more "desireable" location?

I believe virtually all A thru BC are identical or nearly so. The pricing is based on HAL's perception of location, location, location.
