TBSCruiser Posted September 20, 2009 #2 Share Posted September 20, 2009 You can cancel up to 4 days ahead on line and the refund would go to the cc you booked with. After that you have to wait until you board and you can cancel up to 24 hours before and then the refund goes on to the cc used to secure your on board account, if they are the same then it doesn't matter. negc Posted September 20, 2009 #3 Share Posted September 20, 2009 You can cancel your excursions once you board the ship, but should probably do so as soon as possible after boarding. The daily Cruise Compass will indicate the deadline for cancelling any of the excursions but doing it as soon as you board will eliminate any chance that you will miss the deadline.:)
phoenix1181 Posted September 20, 2009 #4 Share Posted September 20, 2009 I canceled onboard and they credited my Seapass account. I think most require 24 hours notification but you should do it as soon as possible.
