public transport Sorrento to Positano

I know this question has been asked before but cannot find it.

I have looked at the ships excursions to Positano from Sorrento(just ridiculous).

Could anyond please advise what they did (if they took public transport)

and directions please about how you went about it.

Also I know the ferries sound easy, but are they.

Has anyone taken the ferry from Sorrento to Positano, if so could you tell me how to go about it.

Go to the Train Station the Sita bus (It is Blue and stops in front of the station headed to the left as you look out from the station) is the one. You can get tickets in a Tabac

Take the boat along the Amalfi coast! It gives you a completely new perspective on this beautiful piece of earth.
