shorbr Posted September 22, 2009 #1 Share Posted September 22, 2009 I've made reservations for my husband and I to eat at Chops. Will we be seated with others. I wanted it to be special since we will be traveling with a large group of people, and I just wanted some "alone time" with my husband. Do we have to request two for dinner? paul929207 Posted September 22, 2009 #2 Share Posted September 22, 2009 I have never seen them combine groups at the specialty restaurants. You should have a table for 2.
Toto2Kansas Posted September 22, 2009 #3 Share Posted September 22, 2009 I have never seen a specialty restaurant seat you together with others, never. They reserve your table for the number you made the reseravation for. No worries!
cb at sea Posted September 22, 2009 #4 Share Posted September 22, 2009 It's private seating for your party only in the specialty restaurants.

Treven Posted September 23, 2009 #6 Share Posted September 23, 2009 It will be no different than making a reservation at a land restaurant. I think the only think I'd do differently the next time I eat in one of the specialty places is to ask for a window table. If you want a private table just for the two of you, I think a window table, overlooking the ocean going by, would be just right.
