Is Westerdam cabin ss8076 noisy?

we have been assigned ss8076 on the Westerdam.It is located under the first part of the Lido buffet.Can we expect noise? Thanks.

We were one deck down in Stateroom SA 7076 and heard nothning. I spent most of my time on the Verandah and heard nothing there either. http://abqreunion2008.com/Westerdam/index.html

 

But, being under the Lido... I dunno...

The area above you is a table section -- carpets there -- you should not hear any noise.

We sailed on the Westerdam May 17th on the Alaska cruise and were in ss8061. I had read on the board about the noise in the early morning when the crew shuffled tables and chairs around. We were below the Lido pool area and the Terrace Grille and heard nothing--and we are light sleepers.

 

Because the temperatures were im the 60 and 70's, the area was fairly active. As stated on an above post, there is carpeting in the area you are under. No dragging tables around there.

We were in 8057,:D no noise. If you were on your veranda, now and then you could hear chairs being moved in the Lido, but not in the cabin. Liked the cabin so much, we booked the same cabin for our cruise next year.:rolleyes:

We stayed in SS8074 on sister ship Zuiderdam. Very quiet.
