Harbor Cruise close Brooklyn Terminal?

We are leaving from the Brooklyn Cruise terminal on Oct. 13th. We fly in the same morning the ship leaves but would like to do a harbor cruise before sailing out that evening at 7:00. We thought that we would have time to do the harbor cruise to the Statue of Liberty or Ellis island but I called them, went over our times and there is no way that is going to happen. So now, we are at least hoping to find a harbor cruise that gets close to the Statue of Liberty. Is there a harbor cruise that leaves from Brooklyn that is somewhat close to the terminal?
