Vic The Parrot Posted September 29, 2009 #1 Share Posted September 29, 2009 Just got the latest issue for 2009/2010. It seems HAL has taken a cue from Celebrity, and Princess, and are only showing "from fares" for a few cabin categories. Gone are the helpful rate charts for each cabin grade. Another way to save on ink, perhaps ... :D
albertiger Posted September 29, 2009 #2 Share Posted September 29, 2009 Hi Vic, How did you find the fares in the brochures to be helpful? They were always grossly exaggerated! BTW, Im taking my first HAL cruise in November, on Eurodam!:D
jtl513 Posted September 29, 2009 #3 Share Posted September 29, 2009 They were always grossly exaggerated! I like(d) them because I could at least look at the relative differences between categories and dates, and get some idea if an upsell being offered was really a good deal or not. My feeling is that this type of booking has increased over the past few years.
