CGTNORMANDIE Posted January 4, 2005 #2 Share Posted January 4, 2005 HI BRIANGA, You can have access to the Concierge Lounge if there is one on the RCI ship you sail on. In your case...the SERANADE has a CL. You need to book a Grand Suite, Owner's Suite or Royal Suite or you have to be a Diamond member of Crown and Anchor. The Concierge Lounge, CL, offers complimentary beverages thoughout the day. Breakfast: juices, gourmet coffees and teas served with pastries etc. Lunch: gourmet coffees, teas and light snacks at tea time. Dinner: a full complimentary bar with wine, champagne and mixed drinks served with hot and cold hors d'ouvres from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Each Concierge is different...some are good and some are not so good...so the service varies from ship to ship. The Concierge will assist you with just about every question and request that you can throw at him/her. ROSS

lovinsea Posted January 4, 2005 #4 Share Posted January 4, 2005 Hi Brianga....in order to be able to use concierge room, you must either be a diamond member (10 or more RCL cruises) or book a suite cat. B (grand suite or above) the JS (junior suite does not qualify....The concierge service is Very Nice...they have continental breakfast in the morning and wonderful hot and cold snacks in the evening...and yes the drinks wine, liquor and sodas are free. They also have a coffee machine where you can go in and get coffee anytime. Also the concierge will assist you with any tours or reservations you need to make. It's a wonderful place to stop and have a cocktail before dinner and get acquainted with other passengers as they usually meet there every evening. I'll be happy to answer anyother questions you may have. Enjoy your first cruise...I'm sure it will be the first of many. Ann
