Has anyone used Venice Link water taxis? I found only one review on Trip Advisor that is questionable. I know it is a new company run by Alliguna. Thanks for any information

I booked them to pick us up at the airport and take us to our hotel and then to pick us up at our hotel and take us to our cruise ship. They were available at the airport.;..we just had to find them BUT they never showed up to take us from our hotel to the cruise ship three days later. I had prepaid and would never use them again. There were plenty of other cruisers at the water taxi dock at St. Mark's to share water taxis with. If I had it to do over again, I would just share a taxi with someone there!

For the trip from the hotel to the cruise ship - did you book a private water taxi or was it a shared water taxi?
