Hi anyone cruising on PD shortly or knows anyone cruising at present. I would like to ask a favour. Could you ask the bar staff in the promenade bar for the receipe for the Dunes martini as I fell in love with it and forgot to get the receipe.

I have the recipe at home! We liked it so much that we wrote it down. I'll post it for you when I get it.

Dunes:

Coconut Liqueur

Melon Liqueur

Banana Liqueur

Lemon + Pineapple Juice

Nope, but my guess would be 30ml of each liqueur, then top up with juice to taste (probably more pineapple than lemon!).

Not sure how large their glasses were, so I couldn't guess, but surely martini glasses are a standard size?

I'm sure you'll have fun experiementing anyway :P
