cb at sea Posted October 15, 2009 #2 Share Posted October 15, 2009 It's just behind the hump--larger than normal balcony...typical cabin. Very convenient location. Check the deck plans!!!!

Bob Hi Bob and a BIG welcome to Cruise Critic. I just love talking about our favorite ship Radiance......here's a picture that may give you some idea of your balcony location. Looking at the picture it is to your left at the end of the hump. You will be able to see aft, but not forward. It does have a larger balcony though. Click on the picture you will find other views also.
cruisenfever Posted October 15, 2009 #4 Share Posted October 15, 2009 Hey Bob.........I should have included this in my last post. It is a thread I started about Radiance. There are several people that have posted that have pictures included in links in the signature. Craig and Jack (CL-JW screen name) have pictures that they have taken and you can find the link in their signature. Radiance of the Seas.....Past - Present - Future (1 2 3 ... cruisenfever Posted October 15, 2009 #6 Share Posted October 15, 2009 I have roomed 9594 booked on the Mariner in January. On the Mariner its a JS room. Mariner being a Voyager class ship and larger than Radiance does have more JS cabins than Radiance. Cabin numbers may be the same, but layouts are not. JS cabins on Voyager class ships are slightly larger than JS cabins on Radiance class ships. Enjoy your cruise.
Old-Town-Bob Posted October 15, 2009 Author #7 Share Posted October 15, 2009 I appreciate the feed-back. When I looked at the layout from their website - the balcony looked a lot larger - but I was not sure. I think I will book it, if it still available.
